We are always looking for motivated individuals to help us develop our athletes into the best free-riders and alpine ski racers that they can be.

General duties include:

• Working with other MSEF staff to ensure a fun, safe, and educational experience for our athletes.
• Communicate with parents and families regarding MSEF training and events.
• Assist with course setting, video, B-net, and end of day hill clean-up.
• Must be motivated and willing to develop as a ski coach which may include; internal clinics, United States Ski & Snowboard or IFSA clinics, certification updates.
• Some coaches are required to travel to competitions.
